Respect what already works.
A strong team, vendor, process, or website is an asset. We establish its role before recommending a replacement, and focus change where it can make a useful difference.
The company
SoberSphere HQ brings AI expertise, treatment experience, and operating judgment to the work around a treatment center: how people find it, how interest becomes an appropriate admission, how systems support the team, and how relationships continue.
Why HQ exists
A treatment center’s growth is shaped by decisions that often sit in different places. A website sets expectations. A source brings an inquiry. Admissions determines the next step. Systems carry information. Ownership sees the financial result. Each part can appear productive while the connections between them remain weak.
HQ exists to work across those connections. We identify the constraint, decide what will change it, and carry the work into operation. The perspective combines the economics of the business with the practical detail of how people and systems get things done.
Our initial focus is owner-led treatment-center businesses, particularly commercial-insurance detox and residential programs. The work is most useful when leadership is accessible, the team can share the necessary operating detail, and the center is prepared to act on what the evidence reveals.

How we work
Our point of view is expressed in the scope, the work, and the way progress is assessed. These principles guide the choices we make with a center.
A strong team, vendor, process, or website is an asset. We establish its role before recommending a replacement, and focus change where it can make a useful difference.
Public observations create questions. Operating information helps answer them. We show the evidence behind a recommendation and identify what still needs to be learned.
A recommendation is only the beginning. HQ builds the work, prepares staff, establishes ownership, and reviews it in use.
Activity measures help explain progress. Revenue, spending, and useful time establish why the work matters. We keep estimates and demonstrated effects distinguishable.
Appropriate care and useful support matter beyond the immediate business outcome. The center’s clinical responsibilities and each person’s choices shape the operation around them.
A defined scope and a focused relationship give the work room to succeed. Leadership knows what we will deliver, what we need from the team, and who carries each responsibility.
HQ and SoberSphere
SoberSphere operates two divisions. HQ works with treatment-center businesses. The consumer platform at SoberSphere.com gives individuals and the people around them free access to guides, resources, and Harper.
HQ helps a center improve its operation and introduce something useful from the first conversation through life after treatment. The member keeps their own relationship with SoberSphere. Harper is their agnostic guide and never routes, refers, or sells treatment.
