This policy covers this website. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

If you request a call, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your role, your center's name, your phone number, the best time to call, and whatever you tell us about the four questions. Until form delivery is connected, the form sends nothing anywhere and says so on the page.

If you write to our mailbox, we hold your message and your address so a person can reply.

How we use it

To call or write you back, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside SoberSphere HQ except the service providers who help us deliver mail and calls, who act only on our instructions.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from any third party. Fonts and scripts are served from this site. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs to run the service.

Patient information

This website is not the place for anyone's health information, and we ask that you not include any in the form or in email. Work involving a center's own systems is governed by the agreements we sign with that center, not by this policy.

Your choices

Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll do it and confirm.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here. The current version is always the one on this page.
